10/28 Red Cross Blood Drive from 1-7pm at the Stake Center.We have been given 83 donation slots to fill. I want to encourage all who can donate their blood to do so...especially if you are eligible to donate Power Red, the Red Cross is always in need to as many donations that we can provide. 11/1 at 6PM - Worldwide Devotional for Young Adults with Elder Quentin L. Cook
Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will speak to young adults during a worldwide devotional on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MST. He will be accompanied by his wife, Sister Mary G. Cook. All young adults ages 18–35, including those who will turn 18 this year and those who are married, are invited to participate.
11/1 at 5PM - Stake General Priesthood Meeting for all priesthood holders of the stake at the Stake Center. This includes both Melchizedek and Aaronic Priesthood holders.

1/16 “Rejoice in Christ” Worldwide Discussion for Youth
This video includes messages from a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and other Church leaders to help young people better understand the 2027 youth theme, “Rejoice in Christ” (see Philippians 4:4). It becomes available on January 16 in the Gospel Library and at ChurchofJesusChrist.org and may be used anytime after release.
Stake Youth Music Devotional for all youth in the Stake has been moved from Mid-November to next Spring. Watch for a new date to be announced.

Statement on the Importance of the Sacrament
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We would like to reaffirm the great importance of the sacrament in each of our lives. Dallin H. Oaks taught that "the ordinance of the sacrament makes the sacrament meeting the most sacred and important meeting in the Church."
We remind you that those few minutes can be a major blessing in our lives.
Please take this time to put away any distractions. Unless there is an emergency, do not come or go during the blessing and passing of the sacrament.
Focus your thoughts on the sacrifice of your Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ. Lift up your hearts & voices and join together in singing to Him. Ponder your week – the good and the bad – looking for ways to improve. Prayerfully ask for forgiveness and the companionship of the Holy Ghost. Partake of the sacrament reverently, quietly, and with confidence. Take time to relish in the joy Jesus provides & receive His Spirit & great love for you individually. Remember this should be the church of joy!
May God bless each of you and your families as you strive to make the Sacrament a more meaningful experience, a true connection to heaven.

Statement on Testimony Meeting

"A testimony of the gospel is a personal witness borne to our souls by the Holy Ghost that certain facts of eternal significance are true and that we know them to be true. Such facts include the nature of the Godhead and our relationship to its three members, the effectiveness of the Atonement, and the reality of the Restoration.
To bear testimony means to declare gospel truths as inspired by the Holy Ghost. Testimonies should be brief so that many people can participate.
For this reason, it is not a travelogue, a health log, or an expression of love for family members. It is not a sermon. President Kimball taught that the moment we begin preaching to others, our testimony is ended.
Young children are welcome to bear testimony in fast and testimony meeting. It may be best for them to learn to do so at home until they can bear testimony without help."
